Hi! My name is Allison and I am the owner & designer here at Green Tangerine Design.
I’ve always thought web design was very interesting, but I never thought I could actually do it. I was an elementary school teacher until I had my incredibly amazing daughter and decided to stay home with her. It just so happened that a friend of mine was in the beginning stages of opening a maternity and baby boutique and needed some help with the day-to-day running of her website. I knew nothing about websites, but it sounded like fun, so I tried it out… and LOVED it! I learned everything I could about web design, HTML, CSS, SEO, and anything else I came across. I was having so much fun, I tried creating a few web templates and created some sites for friends. Creating great websites quickly became a passion for me, and Green Tangerine Design was born!
